We provide ice, bait and tackle and will clean the fish you wish to keep.
Cancellations or trip adjustments due to weather and sea conditions will be discussed with the customer 24 hours before the trip and are at the discretion of the Captain. Safety First!
We follow all NJ fishing regulations and will release all undersized fish.
When targeting backwater Striped Bass, we encourage photo, catch and release to support our local fishery.
Our vessel is equipped with most current New Jersey Saltwater Recreational Registry Document and the Highly Migratory Species Permit with Shark Endorsement.
Customers are responsible for lost or damaged fishing rods and reels when provided by Three Little Birds. We understand lines snag and lures are lost. You are NOT responsible for lost lures and /or tackle.
We encourage our anglers to bring their favorite rod & reel combo.
This is fishing charter NOT a booze cruise. A limited amount of alcohol is allowed for our sunset cruises but glass bottles are NOT allowed on board.
In order to provide the best fishing experience, please keep coolers and large bags at home. We provide a cooler for food/drink.
Please consider appropriate footwear such as deck boots, crocks or sandals. Wet sneakers are no fun. At times, the deck may be wet.
We do not have a restroom on board. Please plan accordingly.
ALL customer will be asked to sign a general safety and liability waiver prior to departure. No Exceptions.
